「特別演講」申請作業改採線上申請-電子核簽方式辦理
「特別演講」申請作業說明：
1、為提升特別演講申請之效率，自110年1月1日起，改採線上申請-電子核簽方式辦理。
2、演講申請須於演講活動7個工作日前提出，並檢附演講者簡歷及網頁公告畫面，逾期將由系統管制無法填單申請。
3、申請後系統將依序核簽。建議每日定時登入【線上核簽管理系統】，查看個人經辦事項，核簽完成後即可直接列印申請單。
提醒： 110/1/1~1/11之演講，請於109/12/31前以紙本申請。
110/1/12之後的演講，於110/1/1起以電子核簽方式申請。
Instruction of application for Special Lecture:
1.In order to improve efficiency of application for Special Lecture, on-line application and authorization will be conducted to replace paper work from January 1st, 2021.
Note: Special Lecture taking place during the coming Jan. 1 to 11 will still be applied with paper work; Special Lecture taking place on and after Jan. 12 will be applied on-line.
2.The application shall be submitted with a short resume of the speaker and a screen shot of the web announcement 7 work days before the date of the event. The system will block the application if applied less than 7 work days.
3.The system will process authorization in sequence after the application. It is recommended to log in On-line Authorization System every day to check the process. The application form can be printed after authorization.
